In addition to on-site service for PCs, we offer remote maintenance via the Internet and telephone support

We can help you quickly and without causing travel expenses as if we wer both sitting
at your PC.

Prerequisite is a working broadband internet connection.

How to begin?

1. Save the appropriate remote control software to your PC

2. Give us a call and we will announce the next steps.
    
3. For remote support, remote assistance and telephone support we charge the cost for at least 15 minutes. If more time is required we charge the time needed.
